Implementation
Agile approach – each implementation cycle delivers a milestone. The development team works very close to the Product Owner to build a solution that suites business needs, and uses all the information from the Solution Design phase to ensure assertiveness and speed.
Solution Release
Testing Team’s main role is to guarantee the quality of the delivery, the correspondence with the business needs and ultimately avoid post-production errors. In this phase we also include the key user’s acceptance tests and some bug fixing and solution stabilization before the release to production.
Deploy
After the acceptance tests solution be prepared for release, in this phase is done the Rollout preparation, the Release planning and finally the deployment in Production.
Handover
The handover to the support team and the key users’ training ensures that all people essential for the correct use and support of the application are prepared.
Post Production
